Payments

New Customers

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer (preferred), standing order, by cash or by credit/debit card through Paypal. You can pay weekly or monthly, as required, but payments must always be in advance.

Existing Customers

Existing customers can pay by all methods above or by credit/debit card using one of the Paypal accounts below.

We are no longer accepting Paypal payments through: info@pet-guardians.co.uk, so if you still wish to pay this way, you can use: hendrinkwater@gmail.com

If you don't know how much you should be paying, contact me to check.

Please note: this payment method is for existing customers only. New customers should contact us first as we like to meet the owner and pet prior to walking/feeding etc.

PUSHKIN

Thank you once again for looking after Pushkin.

Just as last time he didn't turn a hair when we arrived home and was completely laid back and relaxed. So different from the histrionics he treated us too after a stay in the cattery.

We are absolutely delighted that we have found you. We can go away with an easy mind knowing he is happy and being well looked after.

 

MARGOT & OLIVER

Paul and Helen always treat Ollie and Margot as their own.

Neil and I have hectic ever changing work diaries and Helen and Paul are enormously accommodating in working with us around our commitments.

Giving us peace of mind that, even though we might have a long day, Ollie and Margo do not spend all day on their own, but will be enjoying an exciting walk.

TORBEN

Torben is a very unpredictable GSD cross. He is a rescue and very nervous around people and other dogs that he doesn't know which often manifests as aggression. Helen has built a strong, trusting bond with him and he trusts her to walk and care for him. Helen is caring, flexible and always on time. Torben is always pleased to see her.
